The Clubandamp;rsquo;s Minor hurlers lost out (1-20 to 2-7) to Michael Cusacks (Beagh-Kilbeacanty) in the Championship Semi-Final on Sunday morning played in Craughwell. The result is somewhat of a surprise, given the fact that Pearses narrowly defeated Cusacks in the Group stages. Michael Cusacks take on Killimor in the Final. All Senior Hurling Relegation group games have now been played, with St Thomas’ and Castlegar safe from the drop. Pearses will play the bottom team from the other Group, Kiltormer, in a Relegation Semi-Final. Kinvara play Liam Mellows in the other Semi-Final. The losers of these games will then meet in a Relegation Final Playoff, with the loser of that being relegated to Intermediate for 2015.
