Well done to our U12 hurlers who qualified for the Final (v Ballygar) following a good win over Annaghdown in the Semi-Final last week. The Final is scheduled to be played on Thursday, October 1st at 7.30pm in Duggan Park, Ballinasloe.
The Club’s U10 hurlers enjoyed an excellent morning of hurling at the Mountbellew Blitz on Saturday. They played Tuam, Mountbellew-Moylough and Ballinasloe, winning all three games. Pearses U10 (No particular order): Artur Nilkins, Anthony Feeney, Conor Kelly, Patrick Kenny, Ronan Hynes, Pádraig Kelly, Conor Hillary, Darragh Roche, Dara Scarry, Cormac Hillary, Tommy Nutley, Cathal Hynes, Dylan Roche, Daniel Lydon, Jamie Nutley, Ross Lally, Harry Mitchell, Jonah Donnellan, David Walsh, Jack Reilly.
The U15 hurlers went down by a point to Ballinasloe in their final Group game. They had qualified for the Semi-Finals following two previous wins. The Club’s Junior ‘B’ hurlers missed out on the knockout stages when they lost out to Tynagh-Abbey-Duniry in the last group fixture.
