Our 2013 Club Christmas Party was held in Ruane’s of Glentane on Monday night last (23rd). The 2013 andquot;Player of the Yearandquot; awards were presented. The recipients were as follows: Senior Hurling, Cormac Ward; U21 Hurling, Gary Lally; Minor Hurling, Alan Naughton; U16 Hurling, Brian Sweeney; U14 Hurling, Conor O’Neill; Junior Football, Ronan Skehill; Juvenile Football, Lee Murphy.
Our andquot;250 Clubandquot; December and Christmas draws also took place on the night. Winners in the December draw were: 1st Frank Burke, 2nd Julia Murphy and 3rd Eamon Burke. In the andamp;euro;1000 andquot;250 Clubandquot; Christmas draw, Senior Player of the Year, Cormac Ward, was the lucky winner.
